The NEXT Hotel Brisbane was the first of a new global four star hotel brand by Singapore's Silverneedle Hospitality Group. The project involved a major refurbishment of the existing Lennons Hotel in Brisbane's Queen Street Mall, including complete gutting of the ground and all podium levels, refurbishment of the existing 150 Hotel rooms, and conversion of the top half of the hotel from commercial space to make a total of 304 guest rooms. The re-invention of the property with new F+ B Offerings, Conferencing, Club Facilities and Pool Deck have re-positioned the Hotel to take advantage of the Queen Street Mall location.
