The Little Cove Flat is ideal for 1 or 2 people. It is a short walk down the adjacent public stairs to Hastings Street and 5 minutes walk down the hill to beautiful Little Cove. The flat is the lower story of a house which is typically occupied for at least part of the week. Some noise ( footfall, piano playing etc) may be audible from the house above from time to time but this is minimal. The flat includes :
_ Bedroom - a queen size bed
_ Kitchen with microwave, small convection oven, single plug-in cooktop , a 270-litre fridge, and all the basics
_ private bathroom with a shower is accessed through the shared laundry ( the laundry is also used by the house occupants)
_ The terrace opens to a beautiful view of Main Beach, Rainbow Beach, and the Noosa River with the Glass House Mountains behind.
_ full insect screening
_ off-street parking when the house is unoccupied - you can check at the time of booking. Small cars may be able to park whilst the house is occupied.

_ Sorry but this is a no smoking /vaping property
_ Due to the closeness of the house, the flat is only really suitable for people looking for a quiet getaway and not really right for those more boisterous celebratory moments in life
_ $120 per night from Monday thru Thursday , Minimum 2 night stay
_ $150 per night from Friday thru to Sunday, Minimum 2 night stay on weekends
